Refund & Replacement Policy
We offer a 10–15 day return or replacement window, as stated in your order confirmation, only for products received damaged or defective.
Eligible claims
A return, replacement or refund may be considered when the delivered product has a verified manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or is materially different from the confirmed order.
Not eligible
Change of mind, incorrect size selection, normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper washing, missing labels, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
Claim window
Contact us within the 10–15 day window shown in your order confirmation. Claims submitted after that period may be declined.
Evidence required
Provide your name, order information, delivery date, clear photos of the outer package, product label and affected area, plus a short explanation of the issue.
Assessment & remedy
Do not ship an item back without instructions. After review, we may offer a replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund to the original payment method. Processing time begins after the returned product is received and inspected.
